Upload the files. Using your hosting control panel’s File Manager (or FTP), upload the PropertiOne zip file into your domain’s public_html folder, then extract it there. No Composer, no build tools — everything needed is already included in the download.
Create an empty database. In your hosting control panel, create a new MySQL database and a database user with full privileges on it. Leave it empty — the installer creates everything inside it automatically. Keep the database name, username, and password on hand for the next step.
Visit your domain. Open your website’s URL in a browser. You’ll land on the installer’s first screen automatically.
Enter your license/purchase code. This activates your copy of PropertiOne against your domain.
Requirements check. The installer automatically verifies everything listed above (PHP version, extensions, folder write permissions) and shows a pass/fail checklist. If anything fails, the page tells you exactly what’s missing so you (or your host’s support team) can resolve it.
Database setup. Enter the database name, username, and password from Step 2. The installer tests the connection, then automatically builds every table and sets up default roles, permissions, and subscription plans.
Create your admin account. Choose the name, email, and password for your own Super Admin login — this is the account you’ll use to manage the whole platform.
Done. You’ll be redirected to the login page. Log in with the admin account you just created.
